Vektor Space

There are hundreds of Tron clones and variants, for those of you who don’t know, Tron is an old movie about a guy who gets trapped in a computer and has to play games to get out, only if he gets killed in game, gets 'deleted'. But the one part everyone remembers is the light cycle game, were a bunch of bikes called lightcycles duke it out by driving around leaving a trail behind them, in which they must crash their opponents. Now this is a tron style game with a difference. Like in the movie, almost all other clones had you turning in 90 degree angles, leaving it mostly all up to reflexis. In Vektor Space you turn in a wide arc making you have to strategically plan your attacks. But that’s not the best part about vector space. No the best part is that you can upgrade your Vector (thats what replaces the Lightcycles) in the tournament mode, you can upgrade things like the engine (your overall speed), your hull and shield, yor neon (that would be the trail) and other stuff, and its great fun to customize your vector, its also has great online play.

Pros:

Nice graphics and sound
Customizing Vector adds a new element never seen in Tron games
Most original Tron game i've ever played
Very proffesional feel

Cons:

Nobody online anymore, very hard to play multiplayer unless you have a friend ready to play
While the AI is decent, it could be better
