BaboViolent 2

It is very possible to have a simple game, with simple 2d graphics, but great fun gameplay, but what happens when someone takes this concept and adds full 3d graphics where the simple 2d graphics should be?

Some people may argue that it might lose some of its simple essence. And this may be true but not in all the cases, BaboViolent is a simple topdown fragfest with great 3d graphics.
You control a ball, either red or blue and carry a weapon of choice; a shotgun, submachinegun, double macinegun, sniper rifle, chaingun or the bazooka, you also have grenades and molotove cocktails.

the game features 3 game modes, the usual deathmatch, team deathmatch and Capture the flag. One of the best parts of BaboViolent is that there is practically no learning curve, you sit down, you join a server and you play. I was scoring frags and stealing flags within the first game i played. This is no Unreal tournament where if you dont have years of FPS experience you wont stand a chance online (not that Babolviolent is an FPS). Also for added effect the balls you play as, called Babo's, explode in a fountain of blood when killed, which adds to the chaos.

Pros:

Simple but fun gameplay
Not overly complex, but beautiful 3d graphics
Nice weapons
Pure carnage

Cons:

Lag may be very noticable at the slightly higher pings
You dont even get to see your exact ping
No single play against bots
