Abuse

Abuse was a shareware game released in 1995, developed by Origin and published by Electronic Arts (EA) and now it comes again as freeware and with new contents. Abuse is a good side scrolling game where you have to go through the industrial themed levels, killing all sorts of monsters. The game’s weapons are powerful, the levels’s construction is well done, the enemies are smart and diferent enough and the gameplay is the best part of the game (the controls are like an FPS, you walk with keyboard and aim with the mouse). The graphics aren’t so good, with a low resolution, poor brightness (but it can be changed) and runned under DOS. In conclusion, the game is good but it could be better, especially if it would be created with a most recent engine. The sensation I’ve got after playing Abuse was that I’ve already played it before...
